Bookstore Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE BOOKSTORE RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned to the EP Bookstore following these guidelines:

·          Must be returned within (7) days

·          Must have original sales receipt (no receipt no return)

·          Items must be in the same condition as purchased

·          A 10% restocking fee will apply for all returned items

·          Customer responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges acquired

 

BOOKSTORE EXCHANGE POLICY

Items may be exchanged to the EP Bookstore following these guidelines:

·          Must be exchanged within (7) days of purchase

·          Must have original sales receipt (no receipt no exchange)

·          Items must be in the same condition as purchased

·          Value must be equal to or greater than original item

·          If value exceeds purchase price of original item customer is responsible for the difference

·          A 10% restocking fee will apply for all exchanged items

·          Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges acquired

 

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

An administrative fee of $30 will be added to each occurrence of a returned check and any and all additional costs accrued will be paid by customer.
